Frank needed some extra money.  One night he was home sitting with his sister thinking about how he could make some extra money.  The door bell rang and he didn't want his sister to open the door since she didn't know who it was. So Frank had to go to the window and peak out under the curtain to see who was ringing the door bell. This was his aha moment. He came up with the idea for his part time income venture. He would install peep holes in his neighbors' doors. You may be asking what is a peep hole? (A peep hole is a door viewer that lets you see out when someone rings the door bell.) Frank went out and bought 10 peep holes at the local hardware store. He already had a drill and bits. He went out for a walk with his tools and started to knock on his neighbors' doors. The best doors were the ones with no close windows. He had his proven sales pitch committed to memory. He would simply say "Hi I'm the guy installing all the peep holes in your neighbors' doors, did you guys want one too?"

It was as simple as that.  If the home owner asked how much it cost for the peep hole, he knew they were sold. Each sale was another $20.00 in his pocket. If you are ever in need of extra cash, try it. Frank could go out with his drill and a pocket full of peepholes and earn $100 -$140 in two short hours. FYI Wood doors are much easer and take less time than metal doors.
